- The VP of Auditions position is open.
- Recruit new board members to ensure a smooth transition for the next cycle.

- The event will be combined classical/MT, and CCM
- Registration opens on Feb 9 and closes on Mar 11.
- Room Requirements: About 12 rooms with pianos to compress the schedule. Emily Heilman will secure as many as possible.
- Pianist Policy: 10 ‘auditions’ per pianist.
- Treasurer Report
- Treasurer’s Report: The chapter has a healthy balance of $16,822.92.
- Audition fees will remain flat.
- The chapter will continue covering national audition fees for qualifying students.
- Bylaw Updates
- Change: Update the bylaws to the current Membership “Director” Title.
- Eliminate: Winners’ Recital Chair. The Winners’ Recital was canceled due to low enrollment and schedule conflicts.
- Miscellaneous
- The Winter Workshop was canceled.
- Solution: Shift focus to student-centric masterclasses.
- Idea: Joshua Wintergrade (Rice) is interested in presenting.
- The board will nominate Judy Boiter for NATS for Life membership, recognizing 45 years of service and active involvement.

- Secure as many audition rooms as possible (target: 12-13)
